Wiley has worked on both issuer and investor sides of direct and syndicated loans, private placements, public debt and equity offerings, and project financing. His background includes founding Altus Financial Group LLC and Lafayette Bay Advisors LLC, as well as CFO roles at The trū Shrimp Company and Aspirity Holdings LLC. He has completed more than 50 investment banking assignments valued in excess of $3 billion across multiple industries. He holds Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA licenses and earned a B.S. in Management from Tulane University.
